I really like the way this LAYOUT looks. . .but I don't know how to accomplish doin' it. Any pointers?

No I didn't steal that. lolz. I prefer makin' my own.
Okay, so his background image is just one image, but anytime I use a large image like that, it resizes. Is there a set width/length? |
