I really like the way this LAYOUT looks. . .but I don't know how to accomplish doin' it. Any pointers?

I sure hope that you didn't steal that.
You can easily add: CODE <style>table table {margin-top:150px;}</style> and make the number bigger until it moves your tables enough.
