I used to always do it for a while, cause I thought it made me look cool. But I stopped cause I got paranoid of getting arthritis from it in the future.
So do you crack your knuckles all the time? Is it really bad for your joints? |

I used to get busted while sneaking around the house cuz my knees would crack super loud. XD |
