I used to always do it for a while, cause I thought it made me look cool. But I stopped cause I got paranoid of getting arthritis from it in the future.
So do you crack your knuckles all the time? Is it really bad for your joints? |

knuckles (plus the top joints of my fingers), neck, back, knees, elbows... everyone thinks its gross, but im always crackin away

I don't usually crack my back. I'm just too lazy to do it. But it's nice when I do. Fingers constantly. Neck same. It's just become a habit now. Just like how I used to peel the cuticles of my thumbs and they got infected and the semi circle part of the nail was missing and the skin under was swollen. And eventually the whole nail. It's fine now. |
