I used to always do it for a while, cause I thought it made me look cool. But I stopped cause I got paranoid of getting arthritis from it in the future.
So do you crack your knuckles all the time? Is it really bad for your joints? |

I do. From what I've been told, it's not bad as it just releases something (a gas, I think) in between your joints and also releases endorphins. I dno.

There's no direct link between popping knuckles and arthritis. In any case, I'm awful about doing it. At first I could only do it like once per day but I've gotten so used to doing it that I'm pretty much constantly cracking my knuckles. I do the same thing, being able to pop my elbows. In the mornings, I can bend my wrists forward and they pop. ..I'm gross. xD |
