Ohk..you know how there's the general section and interest section and all that..I need some help with deleting all of that..but still adding text/pictures in that area. I don't want the blue sections at all. I kinda want it to look similar to the example on this page:

like also where the contact box is..i want to add content below the default.i see a lot of pages where some people add text or pictures about their friends!idk how to go about doing that...
