How it Works:
Members post on who they think has made the most impact on CB that month and deserves the title of Staff Member of the Month. Then, the votes will be tallied to who wins! The members themselves vote on this, and any member who's not a part of the staff can vote. Staff can, however, suggest a mod they see deserving of the title.
