To this day, I don't understand what it fcking means to be flattered. Is it good to say, "wow, I'm flattered"?
My life won't ever be complete until I get this.

Pretty much what most people said. Its a reaction to a compliment received...I've said it before, haha but not often. But yeh, like someone said its a lot more common in the sarcastic way.
