When I'm extremely stressed out, most of the times I would play my guitar in a quiet room so that I'm alone and could be in my own little zone for a bit. Sometimes if I'm somewhere else, I just go to my room, lock the door up, and either 1. sleep 2. read 3. watch TV or just lounge around and chill out for the day. Perhaps if I'm extremely bummed, I go out in my backyard and listen to the birds chirp and feel the fresh air. (only if there is nice weather out, though)
