I wouldl like to VENT my anger~ Options

I'm a college student. Liev off campus in a shared apartment/house.

My other house mate is a freakin Rich A$$ spoiled F***. Let me tell u way REAL quick.

His mom pays for his S90 Volvo. (It's like a $50,000 car)
HE buys so much crap, and he didn't work for some time. SO where's he gett $?
He doesn't take out the garbage that's accumlated in the SHARED kitchen.
He does not wipe down NE THING. (Bathroom, Kitchen, living room)
He freakin nags abd bitches bout little shit that he can clean up himself. Like I made a spill and I forgot to wipe it up, he actually goes knocking at my door and asks for me to wipe it up. I'm like, jeez, just suck it up and wipe it man. I wipe the kitchen all the time. Shiz.

Well, the reason whY i am angry.
The house has ran outta toilet paper for the last freakin WEEK~! So every one been wiping their butts with napkins. He doesn't bother to ask if he is next to buy toilet paper or not. So I just post on the fridge a reminder to every one. Like who is next to purchase what. It's a chart to just remind ALL of us (3 of us in the apartment) So, his a$$ don't buy shiz and crap. And then I post up that reminder, I had a GREAT GREAT day today, and as soon as I got home, he is on the coach watching a movie and was like,

"That list, next time, just remind me."
I reply: "It's just a reminder for all of us, just in case we forget"
"It's redicoulous, don't do it again"
Then i sigh and just walk to my room~.
F***ing pansy~

He's SO afriad to get his hands dirty. The only thing I seen him touch that was dirty was himself, his own garbage in his room, and that's it.

**** WE already made it clear in teh begininng that EVERY Thing is split 3-way, cleaning, bills, products to buy, ect. HE pays his bills and every thing on time, but shit, he just a pansy when it comes to cleaning and putting effort to maintaining the house.
