Hacking, need some info Options

I have a question, well last night I was playing Counter-Strike and it was for a bet, so well I hacked , then the guy had a video of me hacking. After this he started to hack in to my computer, how can people do this stuff, and is it illigal?,and if it is, who can i tell?

numba 1: hackin is illegal...yea u can teach people how to hack, itz like how hate groups are allowed to exist but u arent allowed be an activist of it...also people dun get caught hackin unless its fairly big...people do not have the resources to incrimate things called "small hack" people hack every day u cant really stop them

numba 2: get a firewall/proxy/moniter/port scanner/etc...he either was really good to be able to hack into u, or u jsut dun have suffice software to stop it

numba 3: its only hackin if u get caught or isnt allowed...game moddin is fairly common n it isnt considered hackin...hackin is determined by the host not the particapant

numba 4: everythin that has to do with hackin in CS is OpenGL it modifies the opengl wireframe for the game makin u able to see thru walls etc...thatz wall hack...those things arent even hacks...its hacks for retardz

numba 5: i doubt he knows how to trojan, its one of the most complacated prossess, to quartine a file and write a autoload script...only professionalz can do nethin with mutation stringz

numba 6: also short scripts dun mean they are kiddy" the BLASTER worm was under 500 lines, it was writin by sum guy who didnt like windows...hacks dun have to be complicated to be good...thats y they debug stuff...the simpler it is the harder it is to get rid of

numba 7: he cant do nethin wit a keylogger...wat is he gonna do? steal ur email password?...keyloggers network ties are pointless unless u want sumthin thats worth sumthing

numba 8: ok if u downloaded sumthin off a site or sumthing cus he told u to...well u have to fix it urself by doin it u agree to his preposition its like signin a trust contrat, if on the other hand if he did sumthin like DTN, PERL, IPNUKE those are illegal

newayz ok if u wanna learn sum basics google mod-x its a test site for the novice hacker, they set u up tasks that u must hack your way out of once u get as far as level 7 its actually pretty complicatin, the *applyin for a login name is a decyphering lock too so uve got to figure out how to decypher to get ur login, hackin is intrestin but usually the only end up for the hardcore people
