Im just starting out with all of this and I want to buy photoshop of some sort...
But Im not sure what ones will be best for what I need. I need Photo-editing software, as well as layout and web design. And I dont want to spend too much.. Whats the difference between photoshop elements and CS... Please help. |

I think you should start out by using trial programs, like Paint Shop Pro. Since Paint Shop Pro is a lot like Photoshop, it's easier to understand the basic concepts before you move on to the big picture. :) But you should definitely buy Photoshop- it's worth every penny. Yay!
