Trust me, your kiss will hit you when you won't even think about it. Just let it come naturally and just be patient. I've seen people who're about 18 and still haven't had their first kiss. Don't stress about it. It'll come when it comes. And to answer how to respond back to a kiss, just let the kiss come naturally and just close your eyes. And of course, kiss him (or her?) back. :D.
