from college. :[
Seriously, it's been updating for over 30 minutes now. Does it normally take this long? I'm not very iPod savvy, obviously. This morning it wouldn't automatically update like it normally does. It said something about corruption (gasp!) so I did the whole restore original settings thing. I haven't updated iTunes because the last time I did, it f**ked everything up. I read on different forums that it was ok to not update and that in some cases, you're worse off for updating. Anyway, any advice or words of comfort would be totally appreciated. |

You should be ok after it restores. I have had to do this numerous times before, so take it from a pro, it will go back to normal when you are finished.
