Do you have sources for that one? I find that one very interesting. My gf said it's actually wrong to marry out of religion.

Ask her to pull out her Qur'an and prove it to you. There's no way I can prove information that doesn't exist in the Qur'an. There may be literature where someone asks if it's wrong and most likely they'll get the same answer I just gave you. Reason being is, if God never said it and no religion has it in their holy texts... then it's A.O.K. I've already read the Qur'an in it's entirety. There's no scripture where it claims that God made a law nor told a Prophet that marrying outside of the faith is prohibited. Though it is best to stay away from one who is a non-believer, because a parent who's a non believer could potentially destroy the healthy faith of their family and religion. |
