Take a bite out of a strawberry, then rub it all over your teeth.

Then enjoy the whole strawberry. :D

But really, I heard someone say that strawberries are natural anti-oxiders or whatever.

That's not true. . .it'd just stain your teeth with red. It only works if you crush the pulp and mixed it with baking powder.

Having very white teeth is unhealthy, anyway, but Crest white strips works fine if you have the time to do it.

Just curious to know why very white teeth is unhealthy. :D If you're willing to explain.

Because white teeth are abnormal. Most have off-white, and so "very white" is not healthy for your teeth or gums. Like the above post, the layer of enamel can be scraped easily by brushing so when it's formed again, it easily gets stained by coffee or soft drinks. This is normal.

You can get your teeth bleached, but they can be irritant to the gums and forces your teeth to be extremely sensitive for a few days. I wouldn't recommend it, but people do it, anyway. The best way is to just cut back on soda, coffee, tea, and shit like this.
