for some reason, i brush my teeth at least twoo times a day and they are yellow! i don't know what to do and i am very self-concious about having yellow teeth.

I've never used Crest White Strips, but bleaching definitely works wonders :)
It's a little expensive, but I've done it and it's an easy and pain free. The reason that it's expensive is because they have to make what looks like retainers to fit your teeth, so you can wear them at night. Also, you can't bleach your teeth that frequently because it will wear out the enamel. |
