Spy & Anti Virus "Pop Up" problem |

My dad this morning was on the internet and got one of those pop ups that automatically installl onto the computer. I uninstalled some of the programs but there are still "POP UP" things running in the task bar area and I can't get rid of them and I can't find them on the PC.
PLEASE HELP!

can you take a screenshot of it?
if you have vista, you can use windows defender to check your pc for trojans/viruses/blahblah. you can also restore to an earlier time before it got infected. |
