is it better to have more domestic surveillance than run the risk another 9/11? does taking away civil liberties make us more safe or is it unnecessary and pointless?

Thank God the Congress has shown some sort of consciousness. They claim that Bush has been using fear tactics to scare the American people.

There's always goin to be violence, but highly doubt we'll ever have another terrorist attack.
