how to get whiter teeth? Options

for some reason, i brush my teeth at least twoo times a day and they are yellow! i don't know what to do and i am very self-concious about having yellow teeth.

I've used Crest White Strips... and I've also tried the Aquafresh ones. The Aquafresh ones were cheaper when they came out around here so I thought I'd try them. They're a bit nice because the form of them is nice... I have smaller teeth, so the Crest ones would move around a lot.

If you want more whiten power I'd deffinately suggest the White Strips. They've come out with different kinds since I've used them, but when I used them they deffinately worked, better than the Aquafresh ones. Maybe they don't even slip around anymore They're a bit more price wise, but for me they were worth it.

Also, watch what you're eating and drinking. If you drink coffee or sodas they can tend to stain your teeth. Try drinking them from a straw.
