for some reason, i brush my teeth at least twoo times a day and they are yellow! i don't know what to do and i am very self-concious about having yellow teeth.

Take a bite out of a strawberry, then rub it all over your teeth.
Then enjoy the whole strawberry. :D But really, I heard someone say that strawberries are natural anti-oxiders or whatever. |

It only works if you crush the pulp and mixed it with baking powder. Having very white teeth is unhealthy, anyway, but Crest white strips works fine if you have the time to do it. |
