Im just starting out with all of this and I want to buy photoshop of some sort...
But Im not sure what ones will be best for what I need. I need Photo-editing software, as well as layout and web design. And I dont want to spend too much.. Whats the difference between photoshop elements and CS... Please help. |

If this is just something that you're getting into, start out a little more simple. You probably don't need some expensive fancy program. There's lots of free and cheaper programs out there, esspeically if this isn't something that needs to be professional. You can find Photoshop on the internet, but I'm sure you already knew that. So if you don't want to pay you can search. |
