Im just starting out with all of this and I want to buy photoshop of some sort...
But Im not sure what ones will be best for what I need. I need Photo-editing software, as well as layout and web design. And I dont want to spend too much.. Whats the difference between photoshop elements and CS... Please help. |

Of course Elements will work. It's just a much more condensed version. If all you need are the basics, then Elements will be suitable enough. But if you are willing to go beyond and advanced, then consider investing in the full program. GIMP is actually a free photo editing software, if you haven't heard of that, btw, and is very close to Photoshop.
For layout and web design software, you can do it from scratch if you'd like (on Notepad) or you can use programs like Dreamweaver CS3, etc. |
