brush help ., image pack please . Options

i posted a reply in the original imagepack forum but
no one has replied in a week .

where can i find brushes like these ?
i believe that they're for photoshop .
i have psp so if you find them can you
please make an imagepack .

* i tried making a link for them but they didnt work .
