Music Player + DIV = No Bueno

I've got my div overlay setup up to my likings. Unfortunately i've run into a problem with my stock music player. For some reason it doesn't show up on top of my div. If someone could take a look at my coding which ill post here, please lemme know where the error is. Thanks in adv.
