I hate to bring this up, but does anybody cut themselves?
i think it goes here....its a mental health topic. The reason I'm posting this is because I suffer with it and have been for 8 years [gosh i was like 10] , so if you need to talk to anyone-im here. |

I used to do it, and I sometimes think about going back. I will admit, that I pop pills as an alternative. Don't judge me, thanks!
