New to the Div Overlay---please help, code help |

OK, I am having trouble finding the correct codes to replace the XXXXXX's for the 'home' 'add me' 'block' and etc... also, trouble find the image codes. I know thats alot to ask, but i really love the div overlay layouts and I am teaching myself about the codes and such, but this is aggervating me that I can't figure it out. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?????????

I know where to find the links in the code, I dont know where to find the link on my page to put in the XXXXXX, get what I'm asking?
