If you don't know a whole lot about coding, I would recommend starting here:
http://www.journalhelp.com/howto.html After you've looked over that, continue on to the overrides.. http://www.journalhelp.com/overrides2.html That should get you started, and it was a HUGE help for me when I first started making layouts.
