(Staff) Member of the year, Sorry if this was requested Options

Yeah, well, the title pretty much speaks for itself. Anyways, back to topic. Once again, sorry if this has been requested. But have you guys ever considered having a (staff) member of the year? All people who have won that year will be voted on who had the most contribution to cB throughout the whole year (plus the month they won for) and they will be voted on by members (official, and regulars), but for MOTY, both members and staff can vote for who they think deserves it. And for SMOTY, members should be able to vote. Sorry if it sounds confusing.

Didn't they have this a while ago... I don't know maybe I'm just thinking they did because most contests have a of the month and of the year. The only problem that I see with it is the fact that a lot of people don't stay on staff for the whole year. So that would narrow down choices a lot.
