How do you know..., your over weight...aka FAT?

I've thought I was fat ever since I was 10. I have had eating problems since I was 15. It caused me to get very sick. I eat everyday now...probly not as much as i should. I weigh 140lbs and think I'm fat. My bf, my familly, my friends, and even the people i work with call me crazy. I'm only 5'3 and I think I should only weigh 110lbs. I grew up with my brother calling me fat and a bestfriend that got every guy over me. I now realize it was because she was a whore, but thats a whole nother story. My measurements are 34, 27, 38. I have a flat stomach but I have a big butt. lol My bf says i should show it off. I think its discusting. I want to be able to fit into a size 2 or 3 pair of jeans...rather then a 7. I dono...am I crazy? or do I need to lose weight?

Forcing yourself to love yourself even when you're self-conscious is not a good thing, as you're never going to rid yourself of these "I'm fat" thoughts.

Exercise doesn't hurt anyone, and it is a very, very good addition to a healthy lifestyle. If you feel that way, do a lot of cardio. Take some yoga, swim, dance, jog for 25 minutes every day. Exercise makes people feel good. And sex.

lol...sex. haha. well i do agree with the exercise thing. i actually started today. i got one of those leg magic things. i'm going to do that 15min a day then start walking a few days a week. if not for weight loss, i should at least do it to be healthy
