my question which specs am i better off with?

should i get 2.0 ghz or is 1.6/.4 good enough for maybe games like gunbound(prolly not) but i dont intend on it being a gaming notebook.Just a laptop for college that wouldnt be slow if i decide to want to play maybe.

and core two duo (1.6/2mb/800mhz) how differnt is that frome just 2.0ghz/800mhz? faster... but what else

how much should i look for the price to increase with these adjustments?

Dells aren't bad. I actually have a Inspiron E1705, I've never had a problem with it.

I've heard a few good things about the vostro's. I wouldn't say their a bad laptop, but go read the reviews of them on dell.com. I wouldn't suggest buying the new inspiron the 15.4in ones...they have really bad reviews.

and by specs, I would choose the second one.
