Hiring Options

Hey guys, it's that time of year again... the staff would like to know who may be interested in becoming a staff member, or if there's anyone that you would like to see on staff. A reason why wouldn't hurt, but it's not required.


Make sure you say if you specify people staff or design staff.


Especially for Design staff, dont be afraid to nominate yourself if you have a low amount of posts but you have a lot of great contributions. We may still consider you, we may not. But we'll never know if you dont put your name out there.

i think brandon would be a good staff member because he connects really well with people, imo. he makes an effort to get to know members around here and become friends with them. he's obviously intelligent and reasons through things thoroughly, and he can hold his own.

i've seen nicki on staff before and all i can really say to that is that i think she did an awesome job. she's one of the couple people i look up to on here. she's never unreasonable (as far as i can see) and has made contributions to the community for about forever now.

steven... and i'm going to include michelle in here too, haha. they've been on staff before too, and i think they handled things in the community more than competently. both of them have great senses of humor and add a lot of personality to the forums. while they're both laid back, they aren't negligent either.

as for superficial, i can honestly say i don't see her around too much. however, when i DO see her around, she's always got something good to say and i think promoting her would most likely raise cb's general iq.

as for myself being on staff?
i suppose i could avoid bickering with random people if that ever happened. as long as there's some sort of moderating guidelines thread somewhere, i could learn.
