well, as you can probably guess, i'm new. :P
my name's heather, and i'm 17. i've always liked looking around here for layouts, but i've been teaching myself to code 'em myself, and i decided to finally go ahead and get an account so i can upload the ones i like the most. soo, yeah. =D |
