I have these brushes. But they're .RAR and I have no idea how to use them. Help?

You have to download WinRAR to be able to open .RAR files. After that, you can open the folder with WR and you drag the .ABR file out of the folder. Note that WinRAR is a paid program, so the link that I gave you is to the trial. :).
