what to you determines how nice a rapper is? do punchlines factor in more than flow? does voice play a bigger part than charisma? does the beat play a factor at all? i'll offer my insight after i see a couple of posts ..

-If I can understand what they're saying
-If they can rap along with the music -If they have good lyrics then they get brownie points. I always liked Eminem's songs about Hailey.
