You can only request here, however the thread is currently closed for clean-up. You can either wait until the thread opens up again OR you could PM a designer who volunteered to do requests... and see if they would be interested in helping you out. :)
As for learning how to make a layout, could you please specify what kind of layout you want? Myspace, Xanga, Livejournal? |
