The other day, I had to like fart super bad, but the gas was like trapped in my ass.
It was a complete bitch. It was such a painful ordeal, worse than cramps. I was completely helpless, just squirming on the floor, filled with the deadly gas. Ever felt that?

I think you can tell about 10 seconds beforehand whether it will be silent or loud. That's 10 seconds to find an appropriate scapegoat!
