DIV Friends Box, need help to figure it out. Options

i need help trying to figure out how to put my friends into the friends box that they maker has. i can never seem to figure it out, but i can always figure out everything else. my myspace is www.myspace.com/flybirdie. the section is at the bottom on the right hand side. please help me!!!

Right, with the friends section you will see something similar to this:

Except that, of course, most of this will have been filled in for you by the designer - hence the little default images that you can see on your layout already.

Once you've found your friends' DIV, replace your friends' Myspace address where the designer has indicated (although it may very well have been changed into an MSlink - in which case it will look like a jumble of numbers, just delete all that) and upload a thumbnail of your Friends' picture to a site such as imageshack.us, take the direct link of the image and paste it where indicated.
