Outsourcing Options

Personally, I don't really like it. Up until a few months ago, I wanted to become a computer programmer. But I learned that many of these jobs were being outsourced to other countries. However, it does help american business I guess.

Have you heard of globalization?

That's one of the reason why outsourcing is good. Not only that, it creates opportunities for more domestic industries because labor is affordable and companies are more productive and efficient.

Outsourcing is bad for a number of Americans, but good for the nation as a whole.

In economics, you cannot help that there are winners and losers.

The 'jobless' condition is a short term drawback, however, new jobs will be created.

In basic economics there are absolute advantages and comparative advantages. No matter the case of advantages, trade will maximize efficiency.

By outsourcing, we're trading labor... etc...

sure i've heard of globalization. i agree its good. but not at the rate that its going. i mean there are already transnational corporations contribution to our "globalization" and such. i'm not saying that outsourcing is bad for everyone. i m just saying that employements rates as of now are at an all time low.trading is good. but the jobs aren't being traded. more jobs are going out of america than coming in. i'm not saying that outsourcing is even a bad idea i just think it needs to be done at a slower rate so it can even out over a period of time. if its equal trade of jobs going in and out that its all good. :D
