I'm so lost on the fact when people say someone is "too nice". Can anyone give me some clarification on a too nice guy and a normal guy?

Too nice means "never saying no." No lie. That's what my best friend tells me. ..I have the biggest heart ever. And, i never say no.. Even when I should.
