Layout works perfect in Firefox but not IE., Need help! Options

Hi again,

This layout works perfectly well in Firefox but when I use it in IE, the scroll bar doesn't show and the centering codes for text don't work. What can I do to this code to make it work in IE??

The reason it helps to see a screenshot (at least for Internet Explorer) is because, in my case, I'm on a mac and do not have access to Internet Explorer. Without seeing what it looks like, I don't know how to fix it. A link would certainly help, but at minimum, you could at least take a screenshot in Internet Explorer.
