In Kansas, 27 different cities statewide have banned smoking from restaurants claiming they're trying to "protect the employee's". Somehow, I don't buy it. I believe it's the business owners decision on whether or not smoking is allowed in their facility.
Do you think this is right? |

Shit is foul.
In Japan, neearly everywhere you go, you're able to smoke. Newer facilities have designated rooms with the appropriate ventilation too catch the smoke. Those facilities don't smell like a pool hall and everyone's happy. This just proves to me how ass-backwards things are in the states right now. |

They put a new smoking ban into effect around the Yokosuka area not too long ago. The smoking ban is effective for the area right outside Yokosuka base and goes as far as the far end of Blue Street. The only places smoking is allowed within that perimeter is within the Pachinko parlors and certain restaurants like Bamiyan. |
