you go to the movies, meet a new guy, and then he later tells you "we should hang out sometime." you don't want to hook up with him, so how do you say no? |

Yes, no is definitely the way to go. Like Brandon said, if you continue to give a guy the hint that he can stay around, it will only do more bad then good.
