I'm so lost on the fact when people say someone is "too nice". Can anyone give me some clarification on a too nice guy and a normal guy?

I think of overly "nice" guys being guys without any real opinions. They won't dare contradict you, challenge you or provide any real personality to an otherwise bland and boring facade.
