DEPARTMENT OF THE FORUMS
This is to certify that the O.G. of Createblog has awarded the Createblog Commendation Medal (Logistics Element) to Janette Createblog Forum For meritorious service while serving as Official Member, yrrnotelekktric for Headquarters Company, Createblog Forum, from April 2004 to January 2008. During this period, Janette performed her demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner. Her stellar work ethic and steadfast dedication to duty resulted in an array of compliments and hilarious banter from The Lounge to Members' Photos. Overcoming her atrocious driving, Janette was directly responsible for upgrading and renewing the Official Createblog Forum Awards Program, which enhanced the mission effectiveness of members, guests and lurkers alike. She also served as the platoon sergeant for all quoted nonsense and goofy behavior, and has done so for through, nearly, four years of her current tenure, despite her barrier of claustrophobia. Janette's initiative, perseverance and total dedication to duty reflected great credit upon her and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the forum formally known as Createblog. 8 TH of JANUARY 2004 FOR THE PRESIDENT B.
