Finding Friend ID Options

i followed the instructions for pasting a new layout but i dont understand the bit wher it says

replace the XXXXXXXX's with ur friend id

what and wher are the xxxxxxxx's???

i have the same problem and its still doing the same thing saying tha i'm invalid blah,blah !
