Smoking Ban Options

In Kansas, 27 different cities statewide have banned smoking from restaurants claiming they're trying to "protect the employee's". Somehow, I don't buy it. I believe it's the business owners decision on whether or not smoking is allowed in their facility.

Do you think this is right?

i think smoking should be banned from every public place on the face of the earth.

I totally agree with what you said. I will admit that I used to smoke socially, but I stopped now that I am close to becoming a firefighter. I think that people who don't smoke, shouldn't have to be subjected to those who do.
