For the phone, I like the pda phones, so I am thinking of a blackberry. I want something that is durable and what not and I think blackberrys are definitely that.
As far as a laptop, let me explain my main uses for it. I will be traveling back and forth, and I need to use it for school work as well as other things. I like to download from itunes alot, so of course that will definitely be on there. I surf the web, but I usually stay to about 10 - 15 sites so as far as that is concerned, it is not that big of a deal. I like to play alot of train simulators, so I figure that it will definitely be a factor in the decision. Any advice would help thanks. |

I'd say that pretty much everything you need is included in the box.
They have a lot of programs that they try to sucker you into buying though, like .mac. I'm using the free trial of it now, but I honestly don't get what it does. Something about making your transition to the internet smoother or something--not going to buy it. Um, you don't need to get any antivirus programs. There are no viruses that can attack the mac os x operating system, so that's definitely a plus. |
