In Kansas, 27 different cities statewide have banned smoking from restaurants claiming they're trying to "protect the employee's". Somehow, I don't buy it. I believe it's the business owners decision on whether or not smoking is allowed in their facility.
Do you think this is right? |

Kansas is so far behind. They did that up here years ago. They are actually trying to stop people from doing it while they are driving.

Kansas is so far behind. They did that up here years ago. They are actually trying to stop people from doing it while they are driving. New York is on that Nazi tip when it comes to sin tax, too. Anything that is a possible "quality of life" crime, they're cutting down on. |
