I know there are a lot of people are using Adobe Photoshop in createblog. And i wanna know how to make the picture w/ the best quality? ....thx

you can always just uncheck the optimize button as well...
i prefer jpegs for absolute quality-dependant images (photos, etc.) but gifs are much smaller (plus, they can be animated and have transparency). then again, im usually in a rush so i just save it with whatever setting i used last
